The silver jug is inspired by one of the refined vessels discovered in the “Golyama Kosmatka” mound – part of the legacy of the Thracian ruler Seuthes III and a testament to the culture of wine in antiquity.
Its form is elegant and well-balanced – a smooth curve that unfolds from the base to the body and finishes with a characteristic trefoil spout. A silhouette reminiscent of the ancient oinochoe – a vessel designed for pouring wine.
The jug is handcrafted from 950 silver, shaped by drawing from a single metal disc. The process is repeated multiple times until the desired form is achieved without interruption of the line. After completion, a solid handle is attached, featuring a decorative inscription inspired by the original.
